Customer Support Module
The SewerCare Pro Customer Support Module is the flagship module of the Administration suite of SewerCare Pro. The Customer Support module provides a seamless interface for customer service staff to record, manage and track customer inquiries. From the Customer Support Module, staff can deploy field personal quickly and efficiently to potentially critical incidents throughout your service area minimizing potential exposures for backups, leaks, and system outages. Whether your system is all gravity, all vacuum, grinder pumps, or a hybrid mix, SewerCare Pro’s Customer Support Module is equipped to handle your customers’ calls.
Additional features include:
- Easy to use interface
- Integration with other SewerCare modules such as Assessment (for customer assessment inquiries) Inspection Module (for inspection requests) and more.
- Management reports by call types, departments, service areas, connection types, or detail by customer to maximize Management’s control and staff efficiency.
- Optional public customer support interface, where customers can submit inquiries and track status of their issue (not included in this response).
- Immediate SMS notification to field personnel of open customer tickets
